   * Game time should be fun for all -- make sure no one is excluded and that everyone goes home a winner.
   * Make sure the party area is kid safe to prevent any injuries or further stress on you as the host.
   * Try not to over-plan the party. Although it is helpful to have a layout of when the games, presents, and cake time will be, allow flexibility for added play and socializing.
   * Make sure you have enough adult supervision so that you can enjoy the party and help keep the kids safe.
